The relief pot

Who counts as rugged
- Bought before the dump. Wallets that entered before the deployer or insiders sold.
- Lost money. Sold at a loss, or still holding a token that went to near zero.
- No insiders. Deployer, linked wallets and snipers in the first blocks are excluded.
- Capped per wallet. No single wallet can take more than a fixed share of a week's pot.
- Alleged until shown. A nomination is a claim. It becomes a payout only after on-chain verification.

Is this a refund guarantee?
No. The pot only holds what creator fees bring in, so a payout may cover a small part of a loss. $RUGGED never promises how much anyone gets back.
Are payouts automatic?
Not yet. For now the team verifies each rug and sends payouts manually from a public wallet, posting every transaction. The plan is to move routing on-chain through the awarded fee-routing platform once it's built.
Who decides which rug wins the week?
Holders vote between nominations that passed on-chain verification. Nominations that can't be verified don't make the ballot.
Can I nominate a rug I lost money on?
Yes. Being affected doesn't disqualify a nomination — the on-chain check decides, not who posted it.
Is $RUGGED an investment?
No. It's a memecoin with no expected financial return. Only use money you can afford to lose entirely.
